Cypress Lakes Homeowners Association 3 represents 103 homes within the community of Cypress Lakes in Elkton, Florida. Located near I-95 and State Road 207, Cypress Lakes surrounds the St. John Golf Club golf course. Consisting of the Fairway Pines Subdivision, HOA 3 generally spans from the greenbelt on Golf Ridge Drive to the tee on hole nine and the green on hole ten located on Cypress Links Boulevard.
Annual Dues
Cypress Lakes HOA 3 annual assessment payments are due on January 1, 2024. Late fees are assessed at the beginning March 1, 2024.
